CHRISTMAS 2022
*With all the uncertainty surrounding the Royal Mail strikes we do not guarantee Christmas delivery. We promise if you order by 6pm on Thursday 15th December, we will get your order packed and booked in for collection for the Royal Mail 1st class cut-off for Christmas, which is now Friday 16th December. Please understand that what happens after then (and with all orders that have already shipped), is beyond our control. The earlier strikes are causing backlogs, so for the best chance of getting your order through the post by Christmas, make sure you order as soon as possible.
Please note the above does not include made to order sweatshirts where a production time of 5 working days is needed after your order is placed. The cut-off date for sweatshirt orders is therefore December 8th in order to be ready for dispatch by December 16th. Again this does not guarantee Christmas delivery if your sweatshirt is delayed due to the strikes.
By placing an order you agree that you have read this statement and accept that Vicky Yorke Designs has no liability for parcels that are delayed due to the strikes. Thank you so much.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We endeavour to process all orders within 3 working days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed. Please allow an additional 3-4 days after processing / fulfilment for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are based on the size and weight of combined products and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Small packages that will fit through a letter box, (e.g. greeting cards or mirrors) are sent via Royal Mail Second Class post.
All other items are sent via Royal Mail Collection Service.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during peak times.
Vicky Yorke Designs ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
'Made To Order Collection'
Products marked as 'Made To Order Collection' are made to order and dispatched by our trusted third-party manufacturing partner.
Orders fulfilled by our third-party manufacturing partners will be shipped by a courier of their choosing.
Products marked as 'Made To Order Collection' are not available for local pick-up (collection) or local delivery. Eligible local pick-up and local delivery items should be ordered separately to the 'Made To Order Collection' products if you wish for them to be delivered or collected without delivery charge.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Damages
Vicky Yorke Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us in the first instance and we will contact Royal Mail or Hermes to file a claim. Please email hello@vickyyorkedesigns.com
Collection
For customers local to our base in Kidderminster we offer a curb-side collection option, which is free of charge. Please note, this is from our home address and not from a shop or office. Therefore, it is essential that you arrange a mutually convenient time with us prior to arriving to collect your order. If you arrive to collect your order without prior arrangement it may not be ready and you may be asked to come back at a later time.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are offering contactless curb-side collection only. Please arrive at your agreed collection time and call on 07968 696730 to notify us you have arrived. We have a wall in front of our house. Please make sure you and all of your family / party members are at least two meters back from the wall. If you come by car please stay in or near your car. We will place your order on the wall and signal for you to collect once we have closed the door.

Local delivery
We offer a free contactless delivery service within a 5 mile radius of DY10. Please arrange with us a mutually convenient time for delivery. Please provide your phone number at check-out as we will place the order on your doorstep and call you to notify you that it is there. We will wait to see that you have collected your order from the doorstep before leaving, so it is essential you are in when we deliver.
